These sessions are designed to help improve your overall wellbeing and performance at work, as well as in your personal life. Each weekly session is based around a mindfulness theme – designed to offer something for beginners as well as the more experienced. The content’s available on the web, tablet or smartphone – so you can play or download the guided meditations on range of devices.
Guidance on attending calls
- It’s advisable to find somewhere comfortable, where you’ll be undisturbed and with access to a phone headset if possible
- The majority of the guided practices are designed for sitting on a chair
- As the calls are only thirty minutes long – the sessions begin from the scheduled time
- Using a telephone headset, or headphones is a good idea
- Call announcements are switched off – so you can join and leave without disrupting others

- Before each session it’s recommended to settle yourself for a brief moment
- Maybe following a few mindful breaths, coming to your body and gently acknowledging what’s going on for you in this moment.
