Senses

Our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch connect us, as directly as we can, to our experience the reality of each moment.

There are also senses involved in sensation and perception like knowing where our body is and how it’s moving.

The phrase “coming to our senses” is often used in mindfulness.
